You will receive an automated notification via email as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment network. *Fulfillment Notice: The processing time is separate from the shipping transit time. Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Transit Time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping rates are calculated dynamically or applied as fixed fees depending on your order total and destination country. We work closely with international postal services and express couriers to guarantee optimal service. * **Standard Tracked Shipping:** 7 - 15 business days (Free for orders over $50 / Fixed $4.99) * **Expedited Express Shipping:** 3 - 7 business days (Calculated at checkout) *Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates. Deliveries may occasionally be affected by holiday peak seasons, extreme weather conditions, or local customs inspections.

3. International Duties, Customs & Taxes We ship to customers globally. If you order from outside our primary distribution hub, your package may be subject to local import duties, VAT, GST, or customs clearance broker fees. * Wilstein Properties Department Store does not collect or pay for any additional import tariffs or taxes applied by your local government. * All additional fees required for customs clearance are the sole legal responsibility of the recipient/customer. * We cannot control or be held responsible for transit delays caused by your country's customs department.

4. How Do I Track My Package? Once your items are shipped, our system will automatically email you a unique tracking number along with a courier tracking link. Please note that it may take 24 to 48 hours for the logistics provider to update the status of the shipment on their website. If your estimated delivery window has passed and you still have not received your parcel, please contact our support desk immediately with your order information.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that their complete legal name, street address, apartment/suite number, and phone number are entered correctly during checkout. Wilstein Properties Department Store cannot be held liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address that was provided by the user. If a package is returned to our warehouse due to insufficient address details, the customer will be billed for redelivery.

6. Damaged and Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged, or if the official tracking records state that your package was "Delivered" but you have not physically received it, please contact our customer care team right away. In case of damaged items, please photograph and keep all original packaging materials and damaged goods, as they are mandatory for filing formal claims with the insurance carrier.
